Camping!

We had fun camping. We got to have S'mores. Abbey thought it was fun that we had a big thunderstorm. I didn't think the thunderstorm was fun--I ended up in Mom's lap. Conrad had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the thunderstorm so he had to go outside and got soaking wet. We had sausage, bacon and eggs after the storm was over. The fire was out after all that rain. They had a playground where we played. We got to go fishing for a little while, but then Jake and Austin had to go. I took my own camera and most of these pictures are the ones I took.

A Peachy Day

On Tuesday we went to the last canned food movie of the summer. We took Eli and Nathan and Sara Weeks. The movie was great and then we ate lunch at Subway. After that, we went to the orchard to pick peaches. They were easy to pick except for one tree because the peaches were too high. I don't like to eat peaches, so I am anxious for apple and pumpkin season so I can have apple crisp, apple pie, and pumpkin pie.

To the Movies and Swimming--Off We Go!

We went to the movies and swimming with Abbey, Maison, Eli, Conrad and me. We saw "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium" and it was very good for a toy store movie. And, we ate lunch and it was pretty crowded since all of the kids wanted to sit in the same booth at Subway. Then, we went swimming and Conrad and Maison went off the diving board, and I did cannonballs. The whole day was very fun. Afterward, Maison and Eli came to our house for awhile. We had pizza.

A Day at Jake and Austin's House

We went to Jacob and Austin's house last Monday and we played the Wii and it was very fun. We played tag where one team got a sword and then when they tagged them, they had to fight. Hi-ya!

Chef Caden

Today I went to my mom's Homemade Gourmet closet (yummy!) and found a chocolate truffle cake. I asked her if she would make it, but she said that she didn't want to take the time to do it. But, she did say that I could make it, so I did! I learned what the words "truffle" and "bundt pan" mean. I licked the bowl, the beater, and the spatula. (you can see it on my face in the picture). I ate some cake and it is awesomely yummy!
